Subletting

Many of our owners let their holiday homes when they’re not using them. It’s a great way to gain some extra income to help with the running costs. Obviously, the amount you can earn will depend on how often your home is available to let, but this is entirely up to you. The more you let your home out, the more extra income you’ll earn.

Other bits to consider

Holiday Home Ownership with Away Resorts typically starts from £24,995 for a previously enjoyed model that sleeps six people. This price includes absolutely everything you need to move in, and your holiday home will have all the facilities and home comforts you need.

For a holiday home designed and fitted out to exceptionally high standards you should expect to spend around £59,995 – and for top of the range luxury, we have lodges available at certain locations from around £109,995.

We often find that new owners like to dip a toe in the water by buying an entry level holiday home – before part-exchanging to a newer or more luxurious model after their first 6 to 12 months of ownership. Once people try owning a holiday home for themselves, they discover how much they love it.
