Your holiday has been confirmed, and we’re so excited to see you! As you will know, we’re all getting used to doing things a little differently lately and whilst on your holiday you’ll need to be aware of a few things. They’re still our same great parks, same beautiful accommodation, just a few things we’ve had to tweak to ensure the safety of you and our team. Important information before you arrive
As a business, we are taking COVID-19 very seriously. All our team members have completed additional training and there are also certain things we expect from you, our guests, to ensure the safety of yourselves and others on the park. Please make sure you carefully read our current park guidelines before your arrival. You can also view our COVID-19 FAQs, which will hopefully answer any questions you may have.
If you have a balance to pay you can give us a call on 03304 332 854 before the due date with your debit/credit card details. Alternatively, you can pay online. All you’ll need is the booking reference number, and the lead bookers surname… simple as that!
We’d be really sad if you couldn’t make it, but we do understand that things pop up. If you did wish to amend your holiday, please give us a call on 03304 332 854 and our team will be happy to help. Please refer to our terms and conditions to view our cancellation policy.
Please note, we’re only accepting contactless card payments on our parks at this time. No cash will be accepted.
Track & trace
We require for all visitors to our parks to complete our tracker form. You will need to provide your details prior to arrival. This is in line with government advice, and the NHS Test and Trace service to ensure your safety. Please visit this link:
Check in times
Currently, our teams are taking additional time to clean our holiday homes in between lets to ensure yours and their safety. Therefore, if you are staying in Indulgent or Luxury grades your check in time will be 3pm. All other grades have a check in time of 4:30pm.
Arriving early or late
Please do try and refrain from arriving early, we will be managing customers coming in and leaving the park to ensure minimal traffic and we want to make sure your holiday home is spotless and ready.
What to expect on arrival
When you arrive at the entrance to our parks, you will see clear signposting on where to check in. As you arrive at the check in point, please do stay in your car and one of the team will come out to greet you and ask for your name and booking reference. They will hand you your keys, which will be disinfected and given to you in a clear bag. They will then give you directions to your accommodation.
Your welcome information
All welcome information, including what is open & when, will be in your accommodation on arrival.
Your check out time is 10am on the day of your departure. Please leave your keys in the designated key drop boxes. They’ll be clearly marked for you to see. Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to offer late check outs as our team need enough time to thoroughly clean the accommodation.
