£1,000 Love2shop Voucher Offer – Terms and Conditions

 

  1. The promoter is Away Resorts Ltd, of The Maylands Building, 200 Maylands Avenue, Hemel Hempstead, HP2 7TG (company number: 06458827) ("we", "us" or “Away Resorts”). Our holiday homes are sold under the trading names of our parks, and references in these terms to “Away Resorts”, “we” and “us” include the Away Resorts group company that sells you your holiday home, whichever park trading name appears on your sales paperwork.
  2. Customers who make a Qualifying Purchase (as defined in paragraph 3) will receive one £1,000 Love2shop voucher (the “Voucher”), subject to these terms and conditions.
  3. A “Qualifying Purchase” is a purchase that meets all of the following conditions:
    1. the customer is a New Customer (as defined in paragraph 4);
    2. the holiday home is purchased directly from Away Resorts at one of our parks, other than Glendevon Country Club (which is excluded from this offer);
    3. the customer pays a deposit (or the full purchase price) for the holiday home between 00:01 on Saturday 24 October 2026 and 23:59 on Monday 30 November 2026 (inclusive) (the “Offer Period”); and
    4. the full purchase price has been received by us, and the holiday home has been handed over to you, before 19 December 2026 (including where the purchase price, or part of it, is funded by finance, in which case the full price must have been received from the finance provider before that date).
  4. A “New Customer” means a customer who does not currently own a holiday home at any Away Resorts park. Where a holiday home is purchased jointly, none of the customers named on the purchase agreement may be an existing Away Resorts holiday home owner.
  5. The offer does not apply to: (a) purchases where the deposit (or full purchase price) is paid before or after the Offer Period; (b) purchases or reservations cancelled and remade to take advantage of this offer; (c) holiday home purchases at Glendevon Country Club; (d) holiday homes purchased from another owner (including through a private sale), or any other third party, or transferred between owners; or (e) upgrades or part-exchanges.
  6. The first-named customer on the purchase agreement (the “lead purchaser”) must be aged 18 or over.
  7. Only one Voucher will be issued per Qualifying Purchase, regardless of the number of customers named on the purchase agreement. The Voucher will be issued to the lead purchaser.
  8. We will send the Voucher to the lead purchaser by email, using the contact details given in the holiday home purchase agreement, within 7 days after the holiday home has been handed over to you. Please make sure that your contact details are correct and let us know promptly if they change.
  9. The Voucher is issued by Love2shop and its use is subject to Love2shop’s own terms and conditions, including any expiry date and the list of retailers that accept it, which are available at love2shop.co.uk. We are not responsible for whether a particular retailer accepts the Voucher or for any failure by Love2shop to honour it. Once the Voucher has been sent to you, we cannot replace it if it is lost, stolen or deleted, except where the loss is our fault.
  10. The Voucher has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged for cash, deducted from the purchase price of your holiday home, or set against your pitch fees or any other charges payable to us.
  11. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion. This does not affect the 60-Day Money Back Guarantee, which still applies to Qualifying Purchases (subject to paragraph 12).
  12. If you exercise your rights under our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee, £1,000 (being the full value of the Voucher) will be deducted from any refund due to you, whether or not the Voucher has been used. If the Voucher has not yet been issued when you exercise the 60-Day Money Back Guarantee, no Voucher will be issued and no deduction will be made.
  13. If a Qualifying Purchase is cancelled, rescinded or otherwise ends for any other reason and we refund the purchase price (or part of it) to you, we may (to the extent permitted by law) deduct £1,000 from any refund due to you. Nothing in this term affects your statutory rights.
  14. We may refuse to issue the Voucher where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a customer has not met these terms or has acted fraudulently or dishonestly in connection with this offer.
  15. We may withdraw this offer at any time, and may amend these terms where necessary for legal or regulatory reasons. Withdrawal or amendment will not affect customers who have already paid a deposit (or the full purchase price) during the Offer Period, who will remain eligible for the Voucher in line with these terms.
  16. We will use the personal information you provide in connection with your holiday home purchase to administer this offer and issue the Voucher. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with the Away Resorts Privacy Policy: Away Resorts Privacy Policy.
  17. This offer is subject to our standard holiday home purchase terms and conditions and the licence agreement for your holiday home, which you will be given before you complete your purchase. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
  18. These terms are governed by English law. Customers may bring proceedings in the courts applicable to their place of residence within the United Kingdom.
