Are we allowed to bring visitors for the day?

Our parks are only for holidaymakers, holiday home sales appointments and owners staying on park only. Our golf course and driving range at Boston West is open to the public and our members. If you have any visitors for the day, please check with the team on the park and they will advise whether coming onto park is possible. Anyone can dine in The Missing Squirrel at Mill Rythe Coastal Village, and in Six West at Appletree Country Park - you will just require a table reservation.


How do we order gas bottles and get support? 

Please speak to the team on your park and they will support you with any queries you may have. Alternatively, you can email ownerenquiries@awayresorts.co.uk.  For any queries related to your account please email owneraccounts@awayresorts.co.uk.


Who will communication come from? 

Emails will come from Away Resorts as we move forward into May & June. You may have noticed the website no longer exists and hopefully you’ll find everything you need here at awayresorts.co.uk. If not, please do let us know and we’ll make sure we update it for the future. 0330 053 7000


Third Place Social 

Our Third Place Social is a closed Facebook group for all our owners and there is a group for each park. If you’d like to join, and we recommend you do for all the latest information, park news and service updates, then please visit this link, pick your park and confirm you are an owner with a few easy questions, and we’ll accept you. Then enjoy! 


How do I find out what parks are open and when?

Please head to our parks opening times page. We endeavour to have this as up to date as possible for you and our holidaymakers.
