FAQs and Assurances regarding Coronavirus

We were so pleased to hear the latest advice from the Government, that the vaccine programme is working and that step 4 of the unlocking roadmap can go ahead. For the latest Government advice on the national lockdown please visit the gov.uk website.

Questions regarding Coronavirus and travelling

Our teams will continue to wear face masks and PPE in our venues, although this is not compulsory for visitors, we advise you to make judgements on your own decisions to protect yourselves in indoor spaces - along with respecting those who choose to wear one and keep socially distanced.

Please continue to practice safe hand washing and make use of our anti-bac stations. We will still uphold all of our additional cleaning measures and ensure spaces are well ventilated.

We ask that you continue to fill in track and trace before visiting and remain patient with our teams who will continue to work in keeping all our guests safe.

If you get a positive test for COVID-19, you should not travel to any of our parks. You are still required to isolate. If you have not had 2 vaccinations, and receive a message through test and trace to isolate, you must not travel to the park either – you are still required to isolate. Our guarantee still remains, you can change the name of the person travelling, move your dates free of charge or opt for a full refund.

From the 19th July* - A helpful summary of what’s changing for step 4:

  • Hurray! Bring nanny and grandad, auntie Julie, uncle Bob or cousin Dave! Anyone can stay in your accommodation with you, up to the berth size of the holiday home. 
  • Whilst all of our venues will be open, back to full venue capacity, we will still operate outside (hopefully in the sunshine!) and fresh air where we can. 
  • Our entertainment is back on big time and you can absolutely sing and dance should you wish. In fact, we’ll be devastated if you don’t! 
  • Our future BIG events can all go ahead – we’re dreaming of a perfect Christmas this year…
  • We will still uphold all of our additional cleaning measures and ensure spaces are well ventilated
  • We promise to our very best to still keep you safe!

When is my balance due?

All balances are due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
