What’s new off the park in June at Whitecliff Bay?

10th June 2013 Published by

If you’ve browsed the amazing range of special offers on 3- to 7-night breaks available at Whitecliff Bay in June, then you may well be gearing up to come for your stay very soon. You’ll know already about all the exciting happenings at Whitecliff Bay Holiday Park in the month of June, but as usual, there is also a lot going on off the park.

Take a trip to the Farmers Markets in Ryde and Newport. There you can meet the farmers responsible for growing the delicious produce on offer. Take your pick and use it to cook up a delicious meal in your self-catering Isle of Wight accommodation at Whitecliff Bay!

But obviously food markets and cookery won’t please everyone. So, perhaps a relaxing evening at The Pond Café enjoying some Mediterranean cuisine would be more to your taste? You certainly won’t have to self-cater at The Pond, and in June they are offering live music evenings and a 3-course dinner, as well as special wine tasting evenings as part of a 4-course dinner. And the food is even tastier with prices starting at just £35 per person all-inclusive for these two events.

If you’re a sports fanatic, and just can’t tear yourself away from the football each week, then come down to Appley Beach in Ryde and take a look at the beach football Super Cup starting on June 8th! Organised by the Isle of Wight Beach Soccer Association, there will be teams from all over the UK come to take part in this premier beach football event. And you too can be part of it if you come to Whitecliff Bay for your holiday this June.

Finally, for those with more of a creative edge and artistic mind, the Newport Felt-making Workshop will right up your alley. Running from 10am to 4pm, you can pick up all sorts of nifty ideas for making attractive and quirky felt jewellery for yourself, or as a gift for someone else!

Get yourself to Whitecliff Bay in June and you can enjoy all these activities and more when you journey off the park and see what activities the Isle of Wight has in store for you.
