We love to make our guests happy – and one thing we now know that makes them very happy is being able to bring their four legged friends with them when they holiday – because they’re family too, right?
That’s why for 2018 we now allow your doggy pals in all our accommodation grades so if you want to stay in a luxury unit with your lovable pooch you now can!
By offering accommodation to guests wishing to bring their dogs we charge from £35 per short break (under 6 nights) and £50 per long break (7 nights or more), per dog. You are also welcome to bring your dog touring & camping from £2 per dog, per night at Tattershall Lakes, Sandy Balls and Whitecliff Bay.
Pick up the poo!
We know its not the best job in the world, but in order to maintain the general up-keep of our Parks – and avoid our guests discomfort by treading in anything nasty! – we do ask that you clean up after your dogs and place any doggy doo in the bins provided. We can provide dog poo bags free of charge, just pop over to guest services for you holiday supply!
We also ask that dogs are not be left in accommodation unattended, unfortunately dogs are not allowed inside any facility buildings and swimming pool areas due to hygiene. However these restrictions are not applicable to guide dogs. Away Resorts reserve the right to require owners of any dog considered a nuisance, or to be interfering with the general comfort of our guests, to remove it from the Park, but we’re sure this won’t happen if they’re kept an eye on!
Unfortunately certain types of dog are not allowed on Park, in order to maintain the safety and well being of all our guests. These include, but are not restricted to, Pitbull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasiliero and Japanese Tosa and other dogs as described on the Dangerous Dogs Act. Dogs that are also legally required to be muzzled are not allowed due to safety and comfort of our guests.
