Who are Away Resorts? 

Away Resorts now have a collection of over 25 parks, spanning the length of the UK, from Scotland, all the way down to beautiful Cornwall. Founded by holiday park experts Carl Castledine, CEO, Neill Ryder, Chief Finance Officer and Greg Lashley, Director of Operations, you won’t find a team of leaders more passionate about holiday parks. With a dream to create experiences never seen before in the sector, the business is best known for its product innovation and desire for operational excellence. This includes investment in the team on its parks, its amazing facilities & entertainment, and most importantly listening to its holidaymakers and owners to drive appropriate change and action. 

 

I’m coming to stay with you this year, has anything changed? 

Rest assured nothing regarding your stay has changed. If you’ve booked from 1st June onwards, remember to look out for your pre-arrival emails which will come from Away Resorts. If you’ve booked to stay throughout May, you may get some communication from Aria and some from us. Any concerns, please do ring us on 0330 053 7000.

All accommodation does now have a new name, in line with Away Resorts grading. This is broadly aligned as below:

Do I need my confirmation when I check in? 

Please do bring your existing confirmation with you, this will be fine for checking in. 

 

How do I book any activities? 

Information about the park and how to book activities, any restaurant bookings or swimming slots will be given to you on arrival at the park.  

 

I need to make an amendment to my booking; how do I do this? 

Please call our friendly team on 0330 053 7000 and they’ll be happy to help. 

 

What can I expect when I arrive? 

Our holiday heroes on the park will be there to help check you in and answer any questions. You may still see some Aria branding but also some Away Resorts branding as we move forward throughout the season. Either way, the team are there to make sure you have the best holiday! 

 

I need to pay off my remaining balance, how do I do this? 

Please call our friendly team on 0330 053 7000 and they’ll be happy to help. 

 

Are all the facilities still the same? 

Yes, they are. Please visit our park pages for open and close times. 

 

Will there still be activities and is there any entertainment? 

This varies depending on the park you’ve booked. At some parks, we’ve introduced outdoor cinema and at Retallack for example, it’s still very much leisure activities galore!
