Carl Castledine, Chief Executive Officer

Carl has spent his entire adult life in the industry, and arguably is the most experienced CEO in the sector right now. With a huge passion for customer driven experiences, he is shaking up the industry the best way he knows how – through unrivalled innovation and investment in his people. Marc Dench, Chief Financial Officer

With senior experience across listed and private equity-backed businesses including Alliance Boots, Joules, and Ted Baker, Marc brings both expertise and perspective that will be invaluable to Away Resorts.

As the third member of the original founders of Away Resorts, Greg brings a wealth of passion and experience from the holiday park industry. Prior to Away Resorts Greg spent his time as General Manager at several Holiday parks, as well as a Regional Director at Park Resorts.
