Guest Passes give entry into our complexes, with free access to parks' facilities. Please check our opening times before your holiday to find out what will be available to you during your stay.

Why do I need a guest pass?

Guest Passes give entry into our facilities and must be required when, and if you have booked an activity, table reservation or experience. Please check our the parks' opening times before your holiday to find out what will be available to you during your stay.

Please be aware, if you have not booked a session (where available) prior to arrival, we cannot guarantee you will be able to use the following facilities with your purchased guest pass.

For private bookers at Tattershall Lakes, guest passes will be arranged by whoever you are booking with. Please get in contact with them if you have any further queries on obtaining passes. For all other parks, passes can be purchased at Guest Services.

How much do Guest Passes cost?

Guests Passes are included in the cost of your holiday when booking directly with us. This provides access to the selected park facilities, entertainment*, experiences and more. We charge for certain activities as we want you to have the very best experience and by paying a little, we can enhance activities a lot!

Please note that prices are dependent on duration, berth of unit and time of year.
