At one of our five-star resorts, Retallack Resort, we offer an investment buying option with a 10% net return for three years and 7% for two years after for qualifying investors, on our holiday homes for sale. Terms and conditions apply.
Away Resorts is a growing UK holiday company, backed by private equity and FCA accreditation. Your investment purchase at Retallack Resort includes a marketing agreement with term options of either three to five years. During this time your holiday home will be let out and fully managed by Away Resorts.
Each of our Holiday Property Lets are sold with a 999 year lease and have capital appreciation potential, should you decide to sell at the end of your investment term.
