  • Offer available for any reservation placed for an eligible plot on or before 31st July 2022, provided that exchange of contracts takes place within six weeks of draft contracts being issued by AG Retallack Limited;
  • For eligible purchases, AG Retallack Limited will pay a fixed sum contribution towards the stamp duty land tax (SDLT) payable by the purchaser on the sale, up to a maximum contribution of £10,000 per purchase;
  • Fixed sum contributions vary by plot as follows:
    • Type 1 – PLOT 5 & 6 = £5,000 Contribution
    • Type 2 - PLOT 23 & 24 = £8,000 Contribution
    • Type 3 – PLOT 11 / 12 & 14 = £10,000 Contribution
  • Payment of the contribution amount is conditional on completion of the purchase, and the contribution amount will be reflected in the completion statement issued at the point of completion of the purchase;
