East Fleet Farm FAQs

Your Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some of East Fleet Farm’s most commonly asked questions. If you feel that none of the below answer your questions please use the search bar or alternatively you can contact us and we will get back to you soon as possible.

Why have you bought the park?

It’s an amazing park, with a great team, and the beautiful location fits with our ambitious plans for a portfolio that not only wows our customers, but it something that we can all be proud of.

Will you continue with a tenting & touring offering?

Absolutely! We can’t wait to welcome and meet all of you. You’ll still be able to book the variety of pitches we have, including those with seaviews. Whether you’re a couple or have the little ones – we’re very much about quality family holidays.

Will the same team be there?

They are indeed. We have been working closely with the East Fleet Farm team and they’ll continue to welcome you throughout the year and beyond. Customer excellence is at the heart of everything we do at Away Resorts, and East Fleet Farm is no different – those 4.5 stars on Trip Advisor are amazing!

Are all the tenting and touring facilities staying?

All the facilities are of an impressive standard and now more than ever we remain focused on ensuring cleanliness is our top priority. Clean, spacious, and look out for cosmetic improvements to many areas.

Are there any changes you’re making?

There’s a few! We’re looking at our food and drink offering and how we might bring you more choice including some traditional tasty ‘pub grub’ in the Lady of Loretto this season. We’re also looking at the offering in the shop and how we might improve our products and services.

What is your check in and check out times?

Arrive from 11:30am and if you can check out by 10:30am on the day of departure we’d really appreciate it. Please come at the correct time where possible. We ask if everyone can be here by 5pm if not then please email us at guestservices@eastfleet.co.uk. Barriers secure the park, and you will not be able to gain access without your entrance pin code which will be given to you on arrival.

Do you have WIFI?

Yes, we do indeed have park wide WIFI, for those days you want to Facetime the family and show them your gorgeous setting.

Can I book a specific pitch and next to my friends?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee locations, or pitches next to each other, however you can book our specific pitch types including those with seaviews. We will always accept requests but cannot guarantee them.

Do you have parking?

All pitches are numbered and have allocated parking.

Do you accept pets?

Yes, we do! We love cats, dogs, and even little rabbits! There is a small charge to bring your furry friends. There are plenty of great dog walks from the park, either along coastal footpath which is by the shore of the Fleet Lagoon, or inland on the many footpaths and bridleways. Weymouth beach has a dog friendly area which is open all year if you wish to take fido to the beach with you. Dogs are welcome in the bar, if they are friendly and do not eat either the furniture or other guests! Find out more about Dog Friendly Holidays at East Fleet Farm here.

Please make sure that you and your dog go everywhere together, we do not allow dogs to be left on their own on the park for any reason. Please make sure that you can take your dog with you on your planned day trips. There is a nearby dog kennels who will take them on for day kennels although you need to make sure that you bring vaccination certificates with you and that they have been vaccinated for kennel cough. Their telephone number is 01305 871 888 and website - www.snipegateboardingkennels.com

Can we have an open fire pit or BBQ?

Fire pits are not allowed due to the safety of everyone, however disposable or camping BBQs are allowed. Just be sure you put it out after cooking and most certainly before you go to bed.

What does your shop stock?

You can get a variety of camping items including camping gas and Calor gas refills.

Are you on the beach?

We are on the shores of the Fleet Lagoon, and although there are great walks and stunning views from the park - the shoreline is not suitable for swimming as it is a nature reserve, like an estuary. The nearest safe sandy beach is Weymouth which is only 3 miles away. A village bus runs every 20 mins Monday – Friday and hourly at weekends from the end of our lane (1km).

How do I book?
