Next step is to look at some of the lovely holiday homes and pitches available based on what you have told us. You can do this by visiting with your friends and family or with the help of technology we can send you lots of pictures and a video tour. We will offer you the chance to reserve your pitch and favourite holiday home on the day or over the phone, until you are available to come and see them for yourself.

The next step is really fun! Now that your pitch and Holiday Home are reserved, we’ll arrange for you to come and visit the park and explore the development when it’s finished. If you are happy with everything we will sit down with you, run through any final questions and go through all the relevant paperwork.

The final step is really easy – Sit back, relax, while the team keep you updated regularly and guide you through to the handover day, where the fun really begins!
*And don’t worry when you come to visit, if you prefer something else, you can transfer your deposit straight onto it - there and then! Be assured if you decide it’s not for you, we will fully refund your deposit.Â
