Golden Sands to Away Resorts FAQs
We understand that the Golden Sands Holiday Park you have previously visited is the one you know and love, and we promise that we only have plans to make it even better!
We hope that these will answer some of your questions, but if not, our Holiday Heroes are just a phone call away!
What’s going to change?
Nothing immediately. All current facilities will remain, so will the smiley park team you know and love. However, at Away Resorts we are continuously investing in all our parks to ensure they are the best they can be, so in the future you will see some changes… but all for the better, trust us!
Will prices go up?
Much like our other Away Resorts parks, prices will vary depending on when you want to stay. Remember, if you are a previous guest, we’re offering up to 15% OFF, check your emails!
Is the entertainment offering changing?
Your resident entertainment cast will be here, bringing you spectacular entertainment evening after evening. We will also be introducing some additional Away Resorts specialities, such as Away Resorts LIVE.
Will you still offer activities?
Yes, and we’re adding more favourites that we know you’ll love!
Will there be new accommodation?
Yes, we will be adding some of our Exclusive accommodation to Golden Sands, along with some more hot tubs for you to enjoy.
Will there still be food available?
Yes, Sandpiper Restaurant and Bar, Bar Carousel - Food to Go (Takeaway) and The Chippy will all be staying; however, we are excited to announce that you can expect brand new menus in 2022!
Can we bring dogs?
Yes, you absolutely can! We know your pooches are part of the family (they’re part of ours too!) and we believe they deserve holidays just as much as we do! Dogs are allowed in all our accommodation grades, but we do also keep some units pet free.
Is there anything else that may change?
Good news! We will be introducing our ‘any day arrival’ policy, which means we don’t restrict you to arriving or departing on specific days – it’s your holiday after all!
