Yes. WiFi is available FREE of charge in the entertainment complex. To access WiFi in your accommodation the following charges apply:
The above charges are for direct to van access, which will allow up to 8 devices per unit of accommodation.

To secure the dates and accommodation you want we ask for a 10% deposit, providing the arrival date is more than 8 weeks in advance. Any bookings made within 8 weeks require the full balance to be paid.
If you’re staying in our Exclusive grades your check-in time will be 2:30pm. Please see our grade comparisons page for all Classic grades check in times. These check-in times are subject to change.
Yes. We have 24-hr security at Golden Sands Holiday Park, Rhyl, 12 months of the year. We take the safety of our guests and Owners as paramount.

We accept cash and card in our on-site shop.
We’re able to offer pet friendly units to guests wishing to bring their dogs, and charge from £35 per short break (5 nights and under) and £55 per long break (6 nights or more), per dog.
Up to a maximum of two dogs are allowed per accommodation unit or per caravan and camping pitch. You can find out more about our dog friendly holidays by clicking the link.
We will place your Welcome Pack and keys in the Sandpiper Bar where a member of the team will check you in.

Yes you can hire a highchair for £12 during your online booking.
Yes you can hire a travel cot for £15 and add it to your booking online. These are standard travel cots that do not require a mattress and are therefore not provided. Cot linen is not provided as most parents prefer to bring their own.
This will depend on the accommodation but caravans can usually only fit travel cots in the lounge area. Lodges can fit travel cots in the double bedroom but can be very tight though they can be placed in the twin bedroom but a bed will have to be removed. Please call 0330 053 7000 to find out more about fitting a travel cot in your accommodation type and arranging them to be fitted.

Only exclusive and luxury accommodation grades have towels included in the price. Alternatively, you can book a towel pack online or over the phone.
The number of adults and children in a lodge cannot exceed the number stated. A baby in a travel cot is also not acceptable if it’s over the maximum stated. For example, if you have 6 people already staying, even a baby would count as an extra person. Due to health and safety regulations, this is not allowed.

Yes our caravans and lodges are supplied with bed linen.
Yes. We recommend Horizon Taxis (01745 355202).
Yes there is a taxi rank at the train station as well as a bus station. You will need bus no. Sapphire12 operated by Arriva Wales. A taxi will cost approx. £6 from the train station to the Park (general rate – may differ dependent on bank holidays etc.).

Yes, we have several bike rack areas situated across the site for your convenience.
Sandy Balls is limited to the number of guests that can use the indoor pool at one time for health and safety reasons. This means at peak times (some school holidays and bank holidays) guests may have to pre-book a one hour swimming session online before they arrive for their holiday.
There are a limited number of bands allocated on a first come, first served basis for each bookable session but these cannot be guaranteed. The swimming system varies throughout the year but information will be emailed prior to your stay with any details if booking is required.
Yes, we have one launderette on site.
No, we don’t at Golden Sands Holiday Park but there is a local supplier: The Bike Hub (01745 339758).
Along with your accommodation, Guest Passes are all included in the break’s price and provides everyone in your party full use of our on-park facilities and evening entertainment (where available)! Certain activities and services may also carry additional charges. Please note, at this time we cannot guarantee access to all facilities even with passes due to social distancing and safety assurances.
In line with government advice, we are required to capture the information of everyone that will be visiting park including private sublets. This is to aid the government Test & Trace service, and for your own safety.
