- You can book a restaurant table before your holiday on the Away Resorts App and website or just pop in when you’re here!Â

- Some of our resorts are bursting with fun—think arcades, watersports, and crazy golf! For all the details, just peek at your park’s facility page or the Away Resorts App.
Guest Passes
- Guest Passes are your ticket to access our facilities and are required if you’ve booked an activity, dining reservation, or special experience. Be sure to check the park’s opening times ahead of your holiday to see what will be available during your stay.
- Just a heads-up: if you haven’t pre-booked a session (where applicable) before you arrive, we can’t guarantee access to certain facilities—even with a Guest Pass.

Once you have booked your Away Resorts holiday, download our Away Resorts app, where you can book all your activities and experiences in one place. On the app you can use our handy park map which will help you navigate our spacious parks, from finding your own accommodation to making your way to the indoor pool.

What to pack for your trip
The countdown to your holiday is always thrilling, and we want to make sure you have everything you need. Here’s a handy checklist to help you prepare:
- Essentials:Â toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo/conditioner, bodywash, phone charger, extra towels, sun lotion.
- Clothes:Â outdoor clothes, trainers, sunglasses, wellies, waterproofs, nightwear.
- Swimming:Â swimwear, goggles, swimming towels, swimming bag, floats/swimming nappies for infants.
- Activities:Â board games, toys, books, iPad, gaming device.
- Beach:Â sun lotion, swimsuits, sunglasses, hats, comfortable footwear for sand and water, towels, beach chairs, portable cooler, beach blanket, beach umbrella.

Before setting off, be sure to download the Away Resorts App to access your personalised map and easily find your way to your holiday home within the park. The app also provides all the essential details about your stay, including the park guide, holiday home information, and options to book activities and dining experiences.
- If you arrive ahead of your check-in time, feel free to explore—you're welcome to enjoy the restaurants, arcades, shops, and outdoor spaces on the park. For those booked on an Away Resorts break, your Access Passes will be waiting for you inside your accommodation at your scheduled check-in time.
- When you reach your holiday home, it will be sealed for your safety—break the seal to find your keys inside. Once you're settled, take a moment to look around and rate the cleanliness of your accommodation using the Away Resorts App.
