This involves listing your property for rent through Away Resorts' booking system, where they manage the marketing, bookings, and guest services on your behalf. You can monitor your property's availability and bookings in real-time via their online owners' portal, making it easy to plan personal stays around guest bookings.

Subletting your holiday home yourself means you take full control of the rental process- managing guest bookings, coordinating cleaning, handling key handovers, and arranging pass purchases so your guests can access the on-park facilities.
This gives you greater flexibility and the potential for higher earnings, but also comes with added responsibilities. Please note that private subletting is only permitted at select locations and is subject to the terms of your pitch licence agreement. We recommend contacting us directly to confirm availability and requirements for your park.

If we’re managing your subletting, just provide your full inventory and the dates your holiday home is available via the owners’ portal. Drop off a set of keys at Guest Services, then relax and leave everything else to us - handling bookings, cleaning, guest arrivals, and more.

Each resort offers an inventory pack that you can purchase directly from us. That way, if things go missing or get broken, we’re able to replace this easily for you.
Yes, you can still stay in your holiday home while subletting with Away Resorts. You’re in control of your calendar - just block out the dates you want to use it through the owners’ portal, and we’ll only accept guest bookings around your availability. It’s flexible and works around you.
Yes, absolutely! If you're currently on the sublet scheme and want to upgrade your holiday home, it’s definitely possible. Just speak to your Holiday Home Sales Advisor or the park team - they’ll guide you through the upgrade process, explain your options, and help make the switch as smooth as possible, including transferring your subletting arrangements where applicable.
We have a Sublet Repair Plan you can sign up to! This is for accidental damage caused by an Away Resorts guest. This covers replacement of inventory items and repairs up to the value of £250. You are required to have insurance in place, and we advise you also have cover to include sublet damage. If your holiday home insurance is with Leisure Days, you can contact them and ask them to add an endorsement to your policy at no extra charge.
You can be assured that whilst your holiday home is being sublet through us, Away Resorts will manage your hot tub within strict guidelines, set out by Away Resorts and external third parties. The safety of all our guests is of our utmost Importance.
You will receive monthly statements at the end of the following month, telling you exactly what you have earned which can be offset against your running costs, or can be withdrawn if your account remains in credit.
