At Away Resorts, we have a great range of seasonal pitches for camping and touring at our holiday parks.
Our locations across the UK are the perfect spot to set up base and enjoy the great outdoors, from the stunning Cornish coast to the wilderness of the New Forest.
You can also use all our fantastic onsite facilities, such as our swimming pools and restaurants. We also have some amazing entertainment and events for you to enjoy over the summer.
Mersea Island, Sandy Balls, and Newperran offer Standard Grass Pitch, which is tent camping only.
Pitches you might like
Standard Grass Pitch
Simple yet spacious, this grass pitch is the perfect spot to pitch up during your holiday. Camping at its finest. Please note, this is a non-serviced pitch.
Electric Pitch
One of our most popular options for camping holidays, the electric pitch is the same as the standard pitch but with the bonus of an electric hook-up.
Serviced Pitch
Our fully serviced pitches allow for electric, water and grey waste hook-up on wide gravel hard standing up to 6m wide and 8m deep. The perfect spot for a touring caravan or camping holiday.

Yes! Electrical hook-ups are available in our electric pitch.
Are there shower and toilet facilities at the touring and camping holiday parks?
Absolutely. All of our touring and camping holiday parks have clean and easily accessible toilet and shower facilities.
Can I bring my dog with me when camping?
Of course you can! We’d love to welcome your pooch to one of our campsites. It’s £2 per night, and we ask that you follow our doggy rules.
Can I pre-book a camping pitch?
Certainly. Our camping pitches are a hugely popular choice, so we advise that you book early to guarantee your spot!
What are the check-in and check-out times for camping?
Check-in is from 11am and check-out is 10am on your departure day.
