The New Forest is one of the largest remaining tracts of unenclosed pasture land, forest and heathland in the south of England. Find 120 acres of woods at our Sandy Balls resort, situated in the county of Hampshire. Located between the village of Godshill and Fordingbridge, it is bounded on the western edge by the River Avon.

What is the check-in and check-out time?

Check in times for our Sandy Balls holiday accommodation may vary depending on the grade you choose. For our Value, Comfort, Superior and Luxury accommodations, check in time is from 4pm. For our Indulgent and Exclusive ways to stay, you can check in from 2:30pm.

Does my accommodation at Sandy Balls have WiFi?
