How our parks are operating...

Due to the current situation with Coronavirus and ongoing government advice, all of our parks are currently closed until 12th April.

When we reopen we will continue to create the safest possible environment by ensuring all our team wear appropriate PPE, ensuring social distancing is being adhered to and undertaking rigorous cleaning and hygiene procedures. We will be operating a strict ‘no mask, no entry’ policy, so please make sure you have one handy at all times as you may be refused entry otherwise.

Aubrey's Forest KitchenAt this time we can only offer outdoor table service; so once you have been seated by our host, sit back, relax and we'll come to you! Delivery & Takeaway Service
Takeaway and delivery option available so you can enjoy a pizza and a beer from your holiday home. Menu can be found online or in your welcome pack. Payment will be taken over the phone so please have your payment card ready. If you are collecting your takeaway, we do ask that you are wearing a mask.
Indoor Swimming PoolDue to reduced capacity in the pool and high demand, we advise pre-booking your swim sessions. All swim sessions are 45 minutes long. You will have a 15-minute grace period to arrive for your session before it will be made available to other guests. We politely request that you arrive at the pool 'swim-ready' however changing room facilities will be available. Our toilets and showers within the facility will also be open. Social distancing must continue to be adhered to in and around the pool.
GymSessions are one-hour long and bookable online or via our app - booking is advised to ensure access can be guaranteed. We ask that you arrive 'gym-ready' as changing room access is limited. Social distancing must continue to be adhered to at all times. Unfortunately we will not be opening this facility for day visitors or providing day passes at this time.

Cycle Hire CentreAt this current time, we do ask you to book online and then head to The Forest Hub where your bike(s) will be ready and waiting for you at your selected time.

Activities We are able to deliver a limited selection of our activities, in which our team have been trained in delivering them in a way where we can all remain covid-safe! This does involve a reduced capacity and we ask that at least 1m distance is kept between family groups at all times. We ask that only one other family member attends with each paying guest. Please see your Entertainment Guide for more details on what is available, time slots and prices. Please note, that these are subject to weather conditions and team members having the correct levels of PPE to run the activities.
